**Prices**

All product prices are presented excluding VAT in accordance with Article 1, paragraph 58, Law 190/2014 (flat-rate scheme).

**Payment Methods**

You can use various payment methods such as credit cards, PayPal, or Bank Transfer (order processing times may be longer).

**Delivery Methods and Costs**

ItalPads will initiate shipping procedures within 48 hours of order payment.

Shipping costs are always indicated in individual listings and may vary depending on the quantity and weight of the products. They will always be summarized before the final purchase.

Shipping will be carried out within 1/2 working days from the date of purchase.

Delivery times may vary and depend on the destination location and the mode chosen by the customer.

Economy shipping via Posta Prioritaria 1, valid for national shipments (excluding minor and/or mountainous locations and smaller islands), will be delivered within 1/3 working days.

Economy shipping via Posta Priority Internazionale, valid for international shipments, may have variable delivery times not calculable in advance due to service factors beyond the sender's control, including customs inspection times.

In any case, the sender commits to providing assistance, including refunds, in cases of non-delivery or delays exceeding 30 days.

**ATTENTION:**

All non-EU shipments may be subject to additional customs duties and/or other charges required by the customs or fiscal regulations of the destination country. These costs will always be borne by the buyer/importer. In case of non-payment and return of the goods to the sender, any costs charged by the shipping company for the return will be deducted from the total paid.

**RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND WARRANTY**

ItalPads recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation within 30 days from the date of receipt.

The refund will be made using the original payment method.

**Return Period**: 180 days.

**FREE Return**: The return must be requested within 180 days, followed by the issuance of an authorization code and a prepaid label that must be downloaded and printed.

**Return Method**: by mail.

**Refund Time**: within 5 days of receiving the goods, a credit for the exact amount paid will be issued.

Products must not be opened, must be in their original packaging, or must not have been used.

**INVOICING**

All items are sold exempt from the obligation to issue a fiscal receipt pursuant to Article 22 of Presidential Decree No. 633 of 1972, and Article 2, letter oo), of Presidential Decree December 21, 1996, No. 696 as provided for mail-order sales.
For accounting reasons, we will not issue invoices for amounts less than 100.00 Euros.

For any orders placed for amounts less than this and for which an invoice is required, we will provide a full refund and cancel the order.

All invoices for amounts over 100.00 Euros will be issued exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 58, Law 190/2014 (flat-rate scheme).
