All product prices are to be understood as presented excluding VAT in accordance with art. 1 paragraph 58 L. 190/2014 (flat-rate scheme).

Payment Methods

You can use various payment methods to make purchases on our website: credit cards, with the security and guarantee of PayPal, or Bank Transfer.

On Paraserbatoi.it, you can make payments using the following credit cards:

• Visa
• Visa Electron
• CartaSi
• Postepay
• Mastercard
• Prepaid cards linked to the Visa or Mastercard circuit
• Maestro International (issued abroad)

If you prefer not to use a credit card as a payment method, you can pay by bank transfer from your bank (order processing times may be longer).

Delivery Methods and Charges

Paraserbatoi.it will activate shipping procedures within 48 hours of order payment.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer at the cost indicated at the time of order completion.

The shipment of goods from our headquarters is generally carried out the day after the order is received. Rarely, due to the unavailability of some out-of-stock items, there may be a shipping delay of 1/2 working days.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the chosen shipping method. Economy shipping via Priority Mail 1 may take up to 30 days to complete. For any delays in deliveries beyond this period, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.

Paraserbatoi.it undertakes to ship within 2 days of order acceptance; beyond this period, Paraserbatoi.it informs the consumer, according to art. 4, paragraph 1 of D.L. 22-05-1999 N.185, and proceeds to refund any amounts already received, unless there are explicit agreements regarding shipping times.

ATTENTION:

All shipments outside the EU may be subject to additional payment of customs duties and handling charges in the destination country. These costs will always be borne by the buyer/importer. In the event of non-payment and the return of the goods to the sender, any costs charged by the carrier for the return of the goods to the sender will be debited and deducted from the total paid.

Returns and Refunds - Right of Withdrawal and Warranty

Paraserbatoi.it recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by current legislation decree 206 of 2005. The deadline for exercising this right is 14 days, as required by law.

Within this period, the customer must send a communication by registered letter to: Italpads, Via Musiani 1 - 47924 Rimini (RN) or email to: info@italpads.com

The refund will be made using the same original payment method.

The customer must send the goods, packaging them appropriately to ensure their integrity during transport. The return must take place within 14 days of receiving the goods, to the same address indicated on the packaging. Returns will only be accepted with a traceable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Within 20 days of receiving the goods, Paraserbatoi.it will credit the exact amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the ordered goods.

The right of withdrawal automatically lapses in cases where:

• The original packaging is missing or damaged.
• All integral elements of the item are absent (accessories, tags, labels, informative notes, etc.).
• The product is damaged for reasons other than its transport.

If the right of withdrawal is not accepted, the purchased goods will be returned to the sender as non-compliant, and shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Please note that the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to products customized at the customer's request.

These goods are NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, as they are produced according to the customer's specific personal requirements.

Invoicing

All items are sold exempt from the obligation to issue a receipt under Article 22 of Legislative Decree no. 633 of 1972, and in Article 2, letter oo), of Legislative Decree 21 December 1996, no. 696, as provided for mail-order sales.

For accounting reasons, we will not issue invoices for amounts less than 100.00 Euros.

For any orders with a lower amount that necessarily require an invoice, we will provide a full refund and cancel the order.

All invoices for amounts exceeding 100.00 Euros will be issued exempt from VAT in accordance with art. 1 paragraph 58 L. 190/2014 (flat-rate scheme).
